Riya Travel: Redesigning India's top B2B travel website

 
 

Anmol was approached to redesign the main website of Riya Travel from scratch.

The website caters to frequent flyers, tourism agencies & corporate flyers.

The mission was to increase their KPI's while bringing a fresh updated look and design to the website.

Content Ratio

Anmol completed his initial research and concluded that travellers are far more motivated by intrinsic elements such as Hi-res images than iconography. In order to facilitate users imagining themselves in their dream location, Anmol focused on a content structure that is driven by storytelling and imagery.

Anmol prioritized designing the website with Red-routes first in order to tackle and slve the drop-off rates; the most important KPI from the client.

When it comes to wireframes, Anmol sweats the details and pushes for high fidelity because stakeholders and clients usually see wireframes as end results. This also pushes him to set the limit of wireframes and reinforce UI designers to uplift the wireframes from what it is to a much better version.
