Riya Travel: Redesigning India's top B2B travel website
Anmol was approached to redesign the main website of Riya Travel from scratch.
The website caters to frequent flyers, tourism agencies & corporate flyers.
The mission was to increase their KPI's while bringing a fresh updated look and design to the website.
Anmol completed his initial research and concluded that travellers are far more motivated by intrinsic elements such as Hi-res images than iconography. In order to facilitate users imagining themselves in their dream location, Anmol focused on a content structure that is driven by storytelling and imagery.
After the kick-off meeting with the client and the stakeholders,
Anmol mapped the current status of touchpoints the product and the brand has.

The taskflows streamlined the wireframing process and immensely helped the developers to understand the tasks that would be possible on the new website
This was one of the most exhaustive process in the project. Anmol strived to align each page, section and content keeping the users in mind. The information architecture was planned out to be easily discoverable.

UX Strategy for Riya Travel
Anmol prioritized designing the website with Red-routes first in order to tackle and slve the drop-off rates; the most important KPI from the client.
Anmol felt that clients often have different views regarding wireframes. In order to set a baseline expectation, he created a moodboard—letting his clients know that this is the level of work and polish they can expect from him
Navigation Test for the new website
When it comes to wireframes, Anmol sweats the details and pushes for high fidelity because stakeholders and clients usually see wireframes as end results. This also pushes him to set the limit of wireframes and reinforce UI designers to uplift the wireframes from what it is to a much better version.
Anmol lead a team of UI Designers and Interns, and is proud of the team effort that led to this amazing transformation.
